All products are Shipped from Europe, from the moment you confirm your purchase, we lovingly get your orders ready to be delivered within 8-10 business days.

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll find a confirmation email with all the details in your inbox. If you can’t find it, it might have slipped into your spam folder. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you need another confirmation.

If you spot anything that needs adjusting in your order, don’t worry! Drop us a line straight away at Contact Us. Just remember, once your package is on its way, we’re unable to make any changes.

Please take a moment to double-check the shipping address you’ve given us. We want your order to find its way to you without a hitch! If an error in the address prevents delivery, we’ll refund your original order (excluding the shipping fee), and you can easily place your order again.

cmstrackalert is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We understand that there are risks and uncertainties involved in online shopping, so we will gladly accept refunds or exchanges on all of our products.

We prefer that all returned items be unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging.

We will cover the return cost, just contact us and we’ll email you a label that you and print and stick on your package.
